Only late model, low mileage vehicles in the best condition qualify to become Hertrich Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. Â Our goal is to have each and every customer drive away completely satisfied and with no concerns.Â
Program Benefits
- 7 year / 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. Coverage begins from original in service date.
- 12 month / 12,000 mile comprehensive mechanical warranty (exclusionary). Coverage begins from date of sale.
- Free Auto Check Vehicle History Report to be located in the Delivery Portfolio.
- Towing coverage up to $50 per occurrence for covered breakdowns.
- Rental car reimbursement up to $35 per day for 5 days ($175 total) for covered incidents that require customer's car to remain in the shop overnight.
- 3 Day / 150 mile customer satisfaction guarantee. Customer can exchange vehicle if it does not fit their needs within 3 days and less than 150 new miles.
- At all Hertrich dealerships we provide this same level of assurance to any customers who purchase a late model, low mileage vehicle that meets our eligibility and quality standards.
Just like a new vehicle warranty, it comes standard with the vehicle and is included at no extra charge to you.
